PBA Draft: Rain or Shine goes big, selects Luis Villegas, Keith Datu

Luis Villegas was the first of two picks made by the Elasto Painters in the principal round of the 2023 PBA New Kid on the Block Draft.
Villegas matured at 25, remains at 6-foot-7, and is a result of Cal State Stanislaus and the College of the East.
During his two years at Stanislaus, Villegas found the middle value of 8.10 places, 4.83 bounce back, 1.43 helps, and 1.24 takes in 42 games played.
